We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documenting financial transactions (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage).
  • Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Co-ordinating disbursement of petty cash and posting same to the accounting software if necessary.
  • Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Ensuring all bank statements are correctly reconciled.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
  • Practical knowledge of accounting software packages, Microsoft office suite (Added advantage)
  • Experience in Education Sector
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, Auditing practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software.
  • Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics application.

Job Title: Computer Engineer

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with software installation and maintenance.
  • Assisting students with connectivity issues.
  • Provide & maintain computer lab / Studio and Workshop and classroom desktop equipment and support to the college by:
    • Checking classrooms daily and confirm all hardware is operational.
    • Check and make sure that computer accessories and table tops are clean.
    • Assisting Students with computer movement and rearrangement.
    • Assigning and monitoring students work during practical sessions.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualifications.

Job Title: Technician / Laboratory Attendant

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with software installation and maintenance.
  • Assisting students with connectivity issues.
  • Provide & maintain computer lab / Studio and Workshop and classroom desktop equipment and support to the college by:
    • Checking classrooms daily and confirm all hardware is operational.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
