Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited – Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking to hire young, vibrant individuals to join our Sales team and drive sales for our existing and emerging skincare products in the position below:

Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Locations: Cross River , Benin – Edo, Enugu, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • Ideal employee will be primarily responsible for driving the products across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining solid relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by engaging with customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products
  • Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor route plans for van sales representative
  • Report daily sales performances to Regional Sales Manager
  • Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
  • Supervising market activations and promotions

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
  • Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / HND
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC

Salary and Perks

  • N104,000 (Monthly Gross).
