Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes, concerns and provide them with suitable service.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly or annually sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum 2 years core sales experience or proven experience in a sales executive role.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- N60,000 – N100,000 monthly
- Performance bonus (2 -5%)
- Leave allowance
