Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales / customer service manager to join our web design sales team.
- Contact new and existing clientts by phone, whatsapp, chat. etc.
- One on one interaction with prospective client (if required)
- Generate new sales online or offline
- Daily report to mnagement team
- Customer service support
- Manage company’s social media accounts
- Manage sales team
- Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
- Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
Preferred candidate must have:
- Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
- Good communication skills with strong command of English language
- Good writing and typing skills
- Outstanding customer support skills
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
- Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Option to work from home
- Good knowledgde of Internet
- Strong sales background
- Outstanding telemarketing skills
N80,000 – N120,000 / month.
