We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Assistance with the administration of legal documentation.
  • Complete credit and reference checks as required.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone email.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 1 – 9 years work experience.

Salary
N75,000 monthly
