Job Title: Lounge Hostess / Public Relations Officer

Job Summary
- The Lounge Hostess / PRO is to manageall the eventsof the lounge, host events, and attract high network individuals to the lounge at all times.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the lounge
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Manage the lounge, host different events and programs.
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Manage and ensure there are constant events at the lounge to attract guests at all times.
- Greet customers upon their departure
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Business Management / Hotel Management, Mass Communications
- 1 – 3 years work experience
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills.
- Previous work experience as a Hostess and PRO
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
