Job Title: Depot Sales Administration Officer (ATC)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a competent Sales Administration Officers who will be responsible for handling all Authority to Collect processes and procedures at the Sales Depots.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking Authority to Collect (ATC) data accuracy.
• Maintain and update customers’ Authority to Collect (ATC) across depot locations.
• Close and reconcile all Authority to Collect (ATC) printing and collection per customer.
• Liaise with the Depot Logistics Department to ensure timely dispatch through On-Time ATC printing for customers.
• Address any customer queries and guide them on Authority to Collect (ATC) related matters.

• Depot-Ekpoma SW, Depot-Awka SE, Depot-Owerri 2 SE, Depot-Abakaliki SE, Depot-Nsukka SE, Depot-ABA SE
• Depot-Onitsha SE, Depot-Orlu SE, Depot-Umuahia SE, Depot-Enugu 2 SE, Depot-Warri SS, Depot-Uyo SS
• Depot-Asaba SS, Depot-Onne SS, Depot-Kano 2 NW, Depot-Sokoto NW, Depot-Dutse NW, Depot-Kano 1 NW
• Depot-Yola NE, Depot-Bauchi NE, Depot-Gombe NE, Depot-Azare NE, Depot-Kaduna NW

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years related job experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good customer relations skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing requirements.
• Working knowledge of relevant supporting tools technologies such as MS Suite.
• Knowledge of DCP’s product and service offering.
• Strong administration and good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details and quality standards.
• High ethical and integrity standards.
