Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Managing customer correspondence, cross selling company products/services and closing transactions for potential clients
- Responsible for attending to all walk-in clients,telephone calls to the customer care line and satisfying all enquiries,request and complaints with accurate and adequate information
- Responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communicationto enhance organisational growth
- Maximizing long term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted adviser to clients and strengtening their loyalty.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Possesses written and oral communication skills to support decisions and recomendations
- Demonstrated Interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively solve problems and conflicts
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service personnel.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and provide leadership where necessary
