Job Responsibilities
- Responds promptly to customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Receives and process customers’ orders/requests
- Cross sell products.
- Communicates with customers through various channels.
- Good knowledge of Company’s products.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any field
- 0-3 years job experience in similar role.
