Job Description

• Candidates conduct an initial training course followed by a test-drive day during which our supervisors listen and analyze the performance. 

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls, and establish rapport with clients by using effective communication skills.
• Preserving the company’s reputation while handling customers’ insecurities and complaints with professional etiquette and patience.
• Meeting monthly sales targets, effectively close sales.
• Active promotion, answering customers’ questions about the company and its products.
• Efficient use of the given scripts. 

Requirements

• Stable internet connection -WIFI. In possession of a computer/laptop.
• Experience in telemarketing or successful sales expertise. 
• High level of responsibility and ability to work under little supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of English – oral and written communication skills
• Solid customer service orientation. 
• Result-driven and goal-oriented. 
• Communication skills, a positive approach to work, enthusiasm.
