We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the product planning process by providing relevant customers’ insights, strategic thinking and leadership related to all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure optimal client retention
  • Responsible for understanding the customer’s needs
  • Good Understanding of client needs, matching company offerings to their needs, and persuading them to buy our product.
  • Convincing clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Managing Customers to achieve Sales Revenue for the organisation.
  • Ability to manage people.
  • Develop Sales strategies and Initiatives to drive sales and market company’s product.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of the customers’ accounts
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating the identification of resource requirements for new clients.
  • Identification of new/existing clients who will benefit from company products or services and create interest and urgency to purchase.

Requirements

  • At least OND Certificate
  • 1 – 3 years experience in Sales
  • Sales Experience in FMCG Product items will be an added advantage
  • Relationship Management Skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Critical Thinker and Goal oriented.
  • Age: Not more than 30 years preferred.
  • Strong consideration for candidates that stays at Lagos Mainland.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Planning and Implementation skills.
  • Customer-Centric Skills.
  • Sense of Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • Negotiating Skills

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / month.
