Choice International Group (Subsidiaries – GAC Motors, GREE AC, Lontor Hi -TECH). CIG Motors Co., Limited is the representative of GAC Motor in Nigeria. It began its operations in 2013 following a pact signed with Guangzhou Group Automobile Group Co., (GAC Motor) to establish and manage distribution networks in Nigeria and subsequently Africa. CIG Motors Co., Ltd started with the introduction of 2 major models; the GA3 Saloon and GS5 SUV models of GAC Motor; with a subsequent introduction of 3 more models in 2016 and 2017. As at date, CIG Motors has introduced 6 GAC Motor models into the Nigerian market; GA3, GA3S, GS3, GS4 and the Standard Luxury SUV GS8 (which is the flagship model). The company holds its brands in very high esteem and makes very conscious investments behind the master brand and a focused communication investment in the value proposition packages.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description
Sales Function:

  • Onboarding massive distribution networks across Lontor Hi-tech in the Modern & Open Trade business;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across Lontor Hi-tech;
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets;
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board;
  • Develop Strategic plans for company growth and improvement of sales with the aim of maximizing profits and cost minimization (developing and implementing effective sales strategies);
  • Leading sales team members to achieve sales targets;
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs across regions in Nigeria;
  • Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;


  • Develop and submit daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly performance and progress reports to company headquarters (reports regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business leads and regulatory compliance);
  • Provide the General Manager with monthly business reports in monthly management meetings.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the GM, Sales.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 4 – 10 years work experience.

N6,000,000 – N7,000,000 annually
