Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

  • General company Property management
  • Responsible for facility management, renovations, repairs and maintenance
  • Vehicle fueling and maintenance scheduling
  • Managing relationships with various government agencies
  • Payment of permits ,utility bills and demand notices
  • Monitoring various insurance policies and submit request for renewals
  • Renewal of all vehicle particulars
  • Managing company vendors for all admin related matters
  • Responsible for all office rentals and leases
  • Managing Office cleaning and cleaning vendors
  • Managing Outsourced security personnel
  • Managing office supplies, stock keeping and inventory

Requirements

  • BA / B.Sc / HND qualification in relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience.
