Rover logistics is a fully licensed indigenous Logistics company based in Lagos, with branches in Accra-Ghana. The company was conceived due to the growing demand for effective and efficient last mile delivery which has slowed down so many businesses and ultimately reduced businesses/individuals’ sales/profits.

Rover Logistics provides 3PL (third party logistics services) including warehousing, fulfillment and delivery for small to medium-size businesses in both the B2C and B2B sector. We are a full-service logistics partner for e-commerce businesses who prioritize delivery to the consumer, business-to-business and much more.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Office Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification and Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
  • Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
  • Self-organization
  • Customer service
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
